The 78th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect at S.S.P. Shikshan Sanstha Siddhi College of Pharmacy, Chikhali on 15th August 2024. To commemorate the sovereignty of our Nation, esteemed Chief guest, Mrs. Ankita Nagarkar young scientists, Mr. Suryakant Kadam from Indian Army, Dr Shubhangi Sarote, Management, Administrative Officer Mr. Prakash Gaikwad, Associate Director Mr. Sunil Shewale, Satish Shelke Sir, Principal Dr. P.N. Sable, accompanied by faculty members, staff, and students and all coordinators unfurled the tricolor flag and all sang the National Anthem and expressed the joy of freedom. The campus was adorned with the tricolor, echoing the spirit of freedom that resonates deeply within every Indian heart. The rendition of the national anthem filled the air, instilling a sense of unity and reverence among all present. Following the flag hoisting ceremony, a series of cultural programs showcased the rich cultural tapestry of our nation. Students presented patriotic songs, dances, and skits that portrayed the struggles and triumphs of India’s journey towards independence, evoking a sense of pride and nostalgia.
