S.S.P Shikshan Sanstha’s Siddhi College of Pharmacy, Chikhali Pune celebrated “AZADI KA A MRIT MAHOSTAV” on 75th Independence Day with great enthusiasm. The students came in proper uniforms. The ceremony started at 7:45 AM in the Open Ground with a large crowd, Staff, Students. Commemorate the sovereignty of our Nation, Chief guest Mr. Tushar Bala saheb Kadam from Indian Army, Management, Principal Dr. Pravinkumar Sable Sir unfurled the tricolor flag and all sang the National Anthem and expressed the joy of our freedom.
Students of Siddhi College of pharmacy gave speeches on freedom fighters and also presented a group dance program that awakened everyone’s feelings towards the freedom fighters. Prize Distribution took place to acknowledge the student who participated in different competitions conducted on the occasion of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahostav. The speakers exhorted the students to follow the ideals of the great people. They advised the students to become good Ideal citizens of the country. The program culminated with a Vote of Thanks. At the end breakfast was distributed to the students. Indeed, it was a day of joy, a day to love and respect our country and make it a better place for Indians to live and experience freedom, peace.
